We’re looking for a creative and driven intern to join our Communication Team, with a strong focus on social media (especially Instagram and TikTok) and content creation. If you're passionate about storytelling, politics, and digital platforms, this is your chance to be part of a high-energy, pan-European team.
The Role: Social Media & Content Creation Intern
As part of our Comms Team, you’ll help create compelling content that informs, engages, and inspires our audience. You’ll have a hand in everything from day-to-day social media posts to strategic campaigns — and yes, taking photos and assisting our video team is a big plus!
Key Responsibilities
- Help to create content for social platforms — especially Instagram and TikTok
- Help draft texts for different communication tools (leaflets, website...)
- Support the production of eye-catching visuals and short videos (Reels, TikToks, etc.), working with in-house designers and editors.
- Participate in brainstorming, trendspotting, take photos at events and assist the video team with shoots when needed.
- Support collaborations with MEPs and internal teams on social campaigns.
- Be ready to travel to Strasbourg for one plenary session of the European Parliament
What We’re Looking For
- University-level education (degree completed or in progress).
- Proven interest in social media and digital storytelling — experience with Instagram and TikTok is essential.
- Basic understanding of video/photo content production is a strong asset.
- Great writing and communication skills in English (additional French or other EU languages are a bonus).
- Familiarity with social analytics tools and/or graphic design apps are a strong asset. (e.g. Canva, Adobe suite).
- Enthusiastic team player with a hands-on attitude, attention to detail, and political curiosity.
- Knowledge of the EU and alignment with Renew Europe’s values.

- You must be an EU citizen, have full rights as a citizen, and have met any military service obligations.
- Be able to provide references/certificates confirming your qualifications.

Intern Data Science

The Role: Data Science Intern
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to apply your analytical skills to real-world data challenges.
You'll assist the Data Scientist of the Group, as well as the whole Press and Comms team in various stages of data science projects, from data extraction and cleaning to analysis, and all of this, while working in a multicultural, dynamic and diverse environment in the heart of the EU.
What We’re Looking For
- Proficiency in either R (preferred) or Python for data analysis, including experience with relevant libraries (e.g. data.table, dplyr, tidyr in R; pandas, scikit-learn in Python).
- Basic knowledge of SQL for querying databases.
- Understanding of API concepts for data retrieval.
- Basic familiarity with BI tools (e.g. Power BI) or Shiny Apps.
- A foundational grasp of statistical principles.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
